The GetGood Drums One Kit Wonder 'Nu Metal' is the perfect drum sample library for modern Nu Metal. Bands like Spiritbox, Loathe, Tallah, From Ashes To New... are leading the wave of "new" Nu Metal - blending different elements of modern productions to their music.

GGD captured a low tuned snare drum as the focal point of this kit - which led to some confusion in the community. We usually associate Nu Metal with a cranked, high pitched snare drum a la Deftones! That's why I used some trickery to tune the main snare of this kit up by 5 semitones. You will see that I added a second instance of GGD OKW Nu Metal which is pitched up entirely. This second instance is only used for the main snare. The first instance is used for the rest of the kit, and is not affected by the tuning.

This Mix-Ready template uses several mixing techniques to bring out the best of those samples and make them work in a full mix. Custom drum maps with note names are included - so you can start writing your own drum performances easily.
