Description
This Mix-Ready songwriting template can be a valuable tool for your next music productions. All tracks are labeled, organized, mixed and the template includes a Mix-Ready mastering chain, so you can publish your songs with modern punch and competitive loudness.
I used the incredible "Krimh" drum sample library by Bogren Digital. It is multi-out routed to the DAW and has individual processing on the tracks. There is also parallel compression and bus processing to make the drums sound big and powerful. The template includes a Mix-Ready MIDI drum map - so you can see the drum names when writing your drum MIDI grooves.
The template comes in 3 versions, which are using different bass and guitar amp sims. Please refer to the Features list and the plugin overview, to see which plugins you can use.
You can use a real bass guitar or MIDI bass. I prepared the tracks so that you can instantly start recording your bass or write the bass midi with a bass VSTi of your choice.
This template features 15 tracks for guitars: Heavy rhythm tones, octaves, mellow cleans, leads, ambient lead tones - it's all included. Some of these tracks have extensive plugin chains with compression, delay and reverb effects. It was a lot of fun setting these up, I hope they can spark your creative energy too!
For the synth tracks, I used the free virtual instrument Vital. You can do a lot with this amazing plugin. I have prepared 5 synth tracks for you: a modern lead synth, mellow strings, an ambient pad sound, an atmospheric bass and a pluck synth. Additionally, you will receive extra FX sounds such as impacts, reverse effects and snare bombs.
